阿里山的茶，是在海拔1300至1500公尺的清新空氣中悉心培育的。這裡的茶樹沐浴在清澈的山泉水中，吸收著高山的純凈氣息，慢慢長出一心二葉，其內蘊藏著大自然的獨特香氣。這份香氣，正是鄒族人對大自然的敬畏與共生之道的見證。

發酵程度：30%，烘焙程度：0%。

 

金萱茶葉，以其寬大而厚實的葉面，展現了其野性之美。它們在阿里山燦爛的日光下自由生長，每一片葉子都蘊含著奶香和甘美品的滋味。我們的製茶師傅們憑藉著對茶性的深刻理解，從中提煉出每一杯茶獨特的魅力，讓味蕾在每一口中綻放。

 

沖泡方式 水

 

溫以85℃~100℃之熱水沖泡茶葉最為合適，後放約1~2分鐘，濃度依每人喜好增減。

Honey Scented Black Tea

Alishan's tea is carefully cultivated in the fresh air at elevations of 1300 to 1500 meters. The tea trees bathe in the clear mountain spring water, absorbing the purity of the high mountains, slowly growing one bud and two leaves, embodying the unique aroma of nature. This aroma is a testament to the Tsou people's reverence and symbiotic relationship with nature.

 

Jin Xuan

Fermentation level: 30%, Roasting level: 0%.

 

Jin Xuan tea leaves, with their wide and thick leaves, showcase their wild beauty. They grow freely under Alishan's brilliant sunlight, each leaf containing the taste of milk fragrance and sweet quality. Our tea masters, with their profound understanding of tea, extract the unique charm of each cup of tea, allowing the taste buds to blossom in every sip.

Brewing Method Hot water between 85°C to 100°C is most suitable for brewing tea leaves, steeping for about 1~2 minutes. Adjust the strength according to personal preference.

海抜1300〜1500メートルの清々しい空気の中で丁寧に育てられた阿里山の茶です。ここでの茶木は、澄んだ山の泉水に浸かり、高山の純粋な息吹を吸収しながら、一心二葉をゆっくりと育て、自然の独特な香りを内包しています。この香りは、ツォウ族の人々が自然への畏敬と共生の道を証明するものです。

 

ミルク香る金萱 （キンセンチャ）

発酵度：30％、焙煎度：0％。

金萱茶葉は、その広く厚みのある葉で野生の美しさを見せます。阿里山の輝かしい日光の下で自由に育ち、各葉にはミルクの香りと甘美な味わいが含まれています。私たちの製茶師は、茶の性質に対する深い理解をもとに、各カップの茶のユニークな魅力を引き出し、一口ごとに味覚を開花させます。

淹れ方 水温は85℃〜100℃のお湯で茶葉を淹れるのが最適で、約1〜2分置いてから濃度は個人の好みに応じて調整してください。
